This looks great! It looks like you made a couple smart changes from you high-poly to low before the baking process, to good results. None of the detail gets lost in normal map messiness. What is this rendered in, is it just a viewport grab? The AA is awful, I would love to see a screencap from UDK or Marmoset.
This is foxy. I really dig what you've done with the gun, though it does look like it has varying textile density in certain areas. Really nice work overall. It'd be awesome to see this guy animated
