Hello Polycount!
Just recently me and the group of students listed below have completed our final mod project for Game Art and Animation at Seneca College, Toronto.
The scene depicts an environment one could imagine a dwarven blacksmith working inside.
This environment in total took 4 weeks and utilized the UDK to compose the scene and all individual assets. 3Ds Max was used as our modeling program and textures were done using Photoshop. We were each given specific models and textures to produce as well as fulfill our designated roles.
We would like to thank our professors for the help and guidance provided to us over the course of DwarvenGlory.

I just wonder where's the orange light source comes from?
Better than anything I did in college
The pillars are probably my favorite part.
really the only comment i have is, the light/glow coming from the fireplace i feel is way to strong for not having a flame at all inside just embers. and the embers themselves arn't very glowy as well. so i say take out some of the cold embers that are black and make em hot. i feel the ratio should favor hot if the glow in the room is that strong.
awesome work guys!
It looks very alive though. I can't say anything else bad about it. I really dig the contrast of the 4th from the bottom, where the camera is looking at the work desk with the wooden arch above. That blue focus with surround orange and the darks and lights balance well.
Oh and yeah, get a fire in there too. Huge light from embers? pfft.
Oh yeah and why is there sand all over the ground? That's weird. Maybe try soot? Or dirt? or any other significant material in the room?

jk. Great job everyone that worked on this project with me, I will miss you guys but soon one day we will work (and drink) together again.
By the way, the music is "Burning Steppes" by Jason Hayes. in case anyone is curious.
I was looking at Seneca for quite some time, it's nice to see good stuff coming from there. Maybe they should put this on their website
I really dig the blending on the ground. Did you guys used some Witcher 2 references ? (which is a good reference by the way)
It's looks like a lot the dwarf level to me.
