Hey guys, I'm new here and figured I would post what I'm doing atm and gain some crit

I havent really done many head busts before, I'm also using this as a way to explore some of Zbrush's features.

Until you show version with no texture it's hard to tell if it's fine modelling-wise. Also, it's plain diffuse right now I suppose?
