Hi
we get destracted by checking the forums we have registered to, and the website that we are running, Email, Skype, IRC Channel, Youtube,....
so let's come out with a nice solution to this retarded disturbances!!
no disturbances after today!!
Solution one: I will only use the internet for 5 minutes each hour.
it is 9:50 PM here, I will be back to internet at 10:55
this is a good solution.
PS: playing Commandos 2 in the background motivates too.

I'm in love with your avatar.
Ironic.
My day should look like this:
Get to work ~9AM > Check emails, Twitter, blogs > 9:15AM >work.
However it usually looks like this:
Get to work ~9AM > Check emails, Twitter, blogs, mindless Wikipedia loop, 1500 Vimeo videos, 11:45AM > work.
Some people have good self control and this isn't a problem, but I sometimes find I actually have to disconnect the internet to be most productive.
just make sure we get to see that dvd some day! can't wait!!
Still don't get what they are upto
Why not instead of making this thread, you just do your job? Also, Commandos 2? Really? How does that help?
PS: thanks all.
I have to go offline again now.
edit: oops, I quoted instead of editing that last post by mistake, bye...

even though i think belias is trollin i do agree with this.
PS: Thanks Lamoot, a new utility that I will use forever!
edit: oooh the music. yes, quite. also, total annihilation and a bit of quake 2 would be nice
this site will help you end your disturbances forever
Uh huh, uh huh, suuuure, just the music!
Everyone's too busy QQ chatting!
Turns out you ain't so bad after all.
Now get cracking on those miracles!
Theres alot of downtime where I'd otherwise just be staring at a progress bar so what the hell.
I worked 250% more today of any of the last days.
i don't see how you could only work 5 hours in an 8 hour day and still keep your job.
I think if I was honest, I wouldn't be far off.
Hour for lunch, couple of cigarette breaks ~15 mins each, breaks to get coffee every so often, reading emails, procrastinating etc... it all adds up!
lunch break isn't included in the 8 hours of work so that does make some difference
