I recommend getting a dedicated graphics card (some sort of Nvidia or ATI) rather than a integrated Intel GMA.
UDK will at least need something capable of Shader model 3.0. Even better would be something that can run DirectX 11 for the new tessellation features in UDK.
According to Wikipedia that Intel GMA X4500M is capable of Shader model 4.0 and DirectX 10 but still... I doubt you'd want do any work in UDK with it. I'd expect once a scene gets even marginally complex it'll have a lot of lag moving the camera, moving objects, etc...
If you plan to do any serious 3D CG work at all do yourself a favor and get a real graphics card.
