Mall-Downloads - Can you trust them?

Hey Guys,
I was looking at several sites to buy 3DS Max 2012 and found this site: mall-downloads.net/
The thing is, the prices are VERY, very cheap. Which would be awesome, to save more than 3000 bucks. But it just sounds too good to be true, right? Does anyone know this site or has an idea what's the hitch?
