Hey gents,
Just finished my entry for a contest on
PaperWingsPodcast, I didn't get to have the level of polish I wanted and there are plenty of issues in it, but I think I did an honest and good job on it and it actually surpassed all my expectations at the end.
I'm still currently working on it so feel free to C&C.
Unfortunately the Contest is a vote only contest and not a judged one, wich kinda came to play in my disfavor since all of them fancypants deviantart kids are getting their moms to vote for them and I kinda suck at making fake friends on the interwebs as my only regular online presence is on
#m_d, so please if you have time to vote by clicking on the facebook "like" button on the left of the screen please do so
VOTE HERE BRAH!
So please vote, tweet or pass it along because I'm really bad at this promoting shit.
I am counting on your good-hearted benevolence!

Poor form, dude. Poor form.
Last time you posted here was 2 years ago, and now you're vote-whoring?
This isn't even game art. I voted for someone else on principal alone.
Also about that principal alone bullshit, way to be a dignified dick dude :shifty:
Post.
go go Mav!
Its really.. tactless
Nice name drop :P I like the bottom half of the image, but don't understand whats going on at the top... care to share?
I gave you a vote, since it looks like we can vote for as many as we'd like
That said I'm really sorry if it offended you guys in any way, fact is I put time into this and was fairly confident about my piece being solid enough to get exposure on its own. But looks like I lost before the thing even started, first place is way over 300 votes at this point, no effing idea how to top that.
Still I learned two things:
1. I suck at promoting
2. I should have more fake friends on the interwebs
again thanks to all those that voted
Reminds me of those 'battle of the bands' things when everyone invites all their friends and even family if possible to watch them play crap music, and after their turn has ended you see audience shift as one set of friends drift back as another go to the front to show support.
