Very annying turbosmooth problem

anyone know how to fix this problem? it doesnt smooth it right
i tried reset x-form, deleting the TS and applying it again.. there are now double edges running there, its just some bug
im using max 2012

Did you try a STL Check and see any problems?

try merging those verts.. my guess is they aren't connected.

try resetting the vertex weights or average the normals using the edit normals modifier?

Get out of sub-object mode when you use symmetry. My guess is that those verts are floating just above each other and it isn't actually welded.

Sure you don't have double edges ? Really looks like it to me. The points could be welded but not the edges, it happens sometimes. Select the edges and make a weld ?
Also, yeah the STL check is a pretty useful modifier for checking bad topo.

Like Ott said, maybe its symmetry problem, possibly seam welding issue?
