Hey guys i recently was contracted by ESPN to do some work for X Games 17. I don't have the HD copies of the work just yet so here's a few screen cap videos of what I did.
For the first one i modeled the screen and X's the robot is holding.

For the second one the screen I modeled is hanging on the side of a building.

And one more has been shown today, This one I modeled and animated the X and the screens that come out and around it.

There is one more shot but it hasnt been shown yet so I can't show it just yet. Just thought I'd share this is my first real industry work
i was very excited to see it on tv, i didnt do any of the renders or textures, just the models and the animation on the screens flipping out.

I'm a teachers assistant/student at full sail university and i guess i showed my teacher/boss that i was passionate and he vouched for me and got me brought onto the project, i was so nervous to see it but it didnt turn out that bad at all thanks for the comments guys!
I've been a bmx/mtn biker/snowboarder/skater for as long as I can remember and work in a sign shop. So it's always cool when you get to do something you are interested in.
I get to do a tiny bit of work for X games in Aspen every winter.
(I don't get to do 3d, or make new logo's or anything)
But still, fun to do that stuff over the typical daily grind.
