High all I'm working on this character for a personal project and I wanted some input from you guys. I'm not that great at coloring and all that jazz so I would like to see if anyone could guide me on what colors I should give my character. He is one of the hero's of that game and he's a stealth like character. some tech armor I just need a little direction thanks for your time!

One thing i would say about this is that the execution of the pants doesn't really hold up to the hard surface elements. With as loose of a fit as it is, i would expect more bunching up in the fabric where it flows into the lower leg, and tension where those thigh plates are appended.
In general, deeper, more crisp folds would help define the material a lot better.
A good technique for achieving those nice chunky folds, is by way of the snakehook brush in conjunction with some masking. Just mask off wherever you want a major fold to go, invert that mask, and then using a large drawsize, fold that material on down.
Now, If you opt to try something like that, try to keep to a lower subdivision, to avoid that pulled taffy look, and it will also keep a little better pixol density throughout.
Edit: Also a closer look at the face might be nice
As far as color goes, in looking at most of the Mass Effect Stuff, a muted color or shade of grey are used to fill out the majority of the suit, and then accented with another color of ur choice. Looks to me like pretty much any color will work as an accent in that formula.
I just bring that up since it meshes with what you've got going on already. But really, the skys kind of the limit in this case, so its hard to speak on any type of direction with just the blacks and greys, u know? Try a handful of different things out and post it back here, and I'm sure people would be glad to give you their opinions of what you come up with
Did you have a chance to do anything with the wrinkles in the pants? I cant tell because they're so dark now, lol.
nicafornica - Are the pants to low on the hip?
