I'm probably going to come across as a scumbag but... the light hitting the hand is different to the light that would cast a shadow like that and it doesn't match the shadows from the rest of the scene (looks like an overcast day, blur the crap out of that shadow!) the depth of field you're going for looks wrong, it should get blurrier the further away objects are, it looks like you blurred a circle around the bottom of the screen, the smoke looks super cut-pasted because of the transparency, the scale looks wrong too, was that taken from a volcano?

Otherwise it looks great, 3D work is brilliant!
