Reset stretch and scale bone issue

hi everyone i have a situation here..i am compiling my character animation into one max file...halfway way i realize that the eyebrow bone is not reset scale and reset stretch (in bone tool)..what i did is i fix the problem in my main file...everything seems to be OK..but when i tried to load back the animation, the bone seem to go back to its original state(which is before i reset everything). Is it because the original animation file use the old bone?

so how do i fix this problem without reanimating all the file using my new model.THX
