Just interested in what the old ex-polycounter TF2 modelers are up to now a-days and congrats to all those who got their items in-game.

The same way you did before. Go to the TF2 website and click the button that says "Make Items for TF2."

Oh nice, I never participated before. Will look into it... this game has me hooked.
