3dsmax CAT Problem - Set as Skin Pose/Assume Skin Pose

Hi, i need set a initial state for my controllers and the Set as Skin Pose/Assume Skin Pose doesnt work in my cat rig. When i choose Assume Skin Pose the controller goes to 0,0,0.

Any solution?

I can use the Freeze Transform and Transform to Zero!
