I've looked around for some information on the subject but haven't found anything.
Let's say I have a mesh and want to see if it's working nicely inside UDK. I've only got a UV channel and want to make another for the lighting but the mesh is already inside UDK.
Let's say I find out I could optimise more my mesh or that I have a texture that could get tweaked some more.
What do I have to do?
Should I be better off just deleting the baked mesh or texture (if so do I click delete or force delete?), or is it possible to overwrite on top of the old mesh/texture by exporting again over my old mesh and the rest of the stuff will update itself accordingly?

you can also setup udk to watch the source textures and to automatically import it when you make a change.

edit: too slow! ^^
