UDK load errors

Hey all,

Got a real problem with udk been working on a scene, however my computer crashed and something happened to the files. I get loads of missing objects and my package is completly empty anyone know how to recover it? Really worried i have to start again.

if you saved the package outside the udk isntall folder, load that package 1st then open the map file and it should work properly.

*edit, ahhhhh just read the package is empty...weird. sorry man cant help you on that one.

I don't think you can recover them files. From what I last heard, UDK only autosaves Maps and not Packages, but hopefully I'm wrong.

Yeah i have tried everything its so anoying as the project i was working on was 90% done. Reimporting it all, redoing textures and materials, post process will take a very long time to do.
