Help with importing animation into Source

Dear Polycount community, I need help !

I have been teaching myself animation. In my 3rd day of animating I did a very simple animation that I want to import into Garry's Mod so I can add it to an NPC Pyro and make kinda like a short movie. You can see it [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFzILDvMwR8"]here[/ame]. I have the animation done and I have the .smd but I don't know how to set up the .qc file. I read on the Valve Wiki on how to do it but I'm not sure what to put in as a model because I only did the animation. I tried of putting the pyro_model.smd as a model but the animation doesnt show up and the pyro is missing textures. Can someone help me ?
