What im seeing alot lately, and in tons of games, is clothing actually being meshed into the low poly, yet sculpted separately on the high poly. Im assuming its for animation.
It oddly meshes right in with he perfect topology
How is this done? Its really bugging me

Also, whats some good (Free please) retopo programs, I fear there are none and it really bums me out trying to be a character artist.

I can't believe theres no free apps out there, you'd think someone would have rushed to it. Nowadays theres a free basic alternative to everything.
