Just managed to get my DWV into UDK. This is the June build and I think it looks pretty good except for the seams. Switching off stuff in the material showed that is was not the normal map but the others. You can see the seams around the feet quite a bit. Wondering if anyone has some ideas on material settings. The maps were baked using xnormal. There is a 2px bleed on the uv islands.

Xendance, yeah its most visible in the top view around the ankle sections. Did you look at the full size? Anyhow if you were playing the exe you would see them and they would piss you off
Ghostscape I zoomed in and the seams went wawy, strange I am sure it is the LOD and of course not enough padding in the diffuse, which I am fixing right now!
