Hello I have a small problem with a soft selection modifier in the rollout of a polygon model , When I select a vertice and I go to regulate the falloff I can only go in steps of 1 cm or above but can't go decimal or under 1 how can I fix that ?

I believe this is to do with your "units setup". I can't really be of more use than that though, apologies!

In my case, I found out Max already puts my units in decimals when in CM mode, at least, that's what I think it does, I need to be in the 1,000 figures to have my soft selection work properly or else I don't see it selecting anything.

As GeeDave set, you also need to set your 'units setup' to CM. Does any of this help?

Thats something I already tried befoure , dunno for what reason nothing worked if not just remake the mesh from scratch ...
