Dropbox works great for image hosting and its super simple to use.
I love what you have going on in the face, that's awesome, some really great stuff!
I'm not too sure about the neck it seems really really thin. The body looks like its meant to be an astronaut but it reads more like hes a disembodied head, sitting in a car rim, on the edge of a table.
I really dig the sculpting and all the work you put into the face.
OK. My file has been corrupted! This displeases me greatly. I did not get a chance to finish this guy off. Hopefully I can get a bit further using some Photoshop trickery to work on his shoulders. Blarg! Incremental Save is now officially turned ON!
whoa im sorry about that mate... i hate when such things happen. once i lost 2 wonderful portfolio pieces due tue a hard disk crash.
if might serve as an advice, make this bad situation a good one: use it to your own favor, making another model of the head, so that you can compare and see if you can do even better
Oh! I got ya! It is a base mesh in Maya, sculpted in Zbrush and rendered in Mental Ray. The Maya file with all of the shaders and hair hooked up is the one that gave up the ghost on me.
Thank you all for your condolences! I managed to clean him up a bit in Photoshop. I think I am going to call it done, unless anyone has some PS suggestions.
