Dr.FIsher, character and environment concepts! want critiques!

So I usually dont draw that much of environments, so im trying to learn a few things and actually draw some environments now as I need to learn it : )
But I couldnt help myself but also draw some character concepts with it!

So then we have Dr.Fisher here! who is on an adventure to find out about the mysterious doctor in the mansion he heard of, along the way he finds some strange things...
