Hi, I am having a little trouble with a rock wall.
It is supposed to look realistic, not stylized. But I can't seem to get away from this typical game-like look, where the rocks are just obviously all extruded from one wall and end up all looking very uniform.

Can anyone give me any hints on how to get a rock wall that looks more like the rocks in this environment: [ame]

It's not for a game either this time, so polycount is not an issue at all (no pun intended). I was wondering if it may be best to achieve such a result by really using separate pieces of rocks instead of modeling everyting from one wall. Cause the main problem I seem to encounter every time is that I just can't get those crazy and totally different shapes. They all end up facing away from the wall the same way.
I'd be really grateful for any advice!
