Does the newest UDK still default to vertex lighting for imported mesh?

I was following a tutorial on setting up my lightmaps in UDK.

After placing my mesh in the level I hit F4 to bring up properties looking for a setting called bOverrideLightMapResolution. to untoggle it so UDK uses my lightmap.

However the setting is nowhere to be found. It's supposed to be in StaticMeshComponent in the StaticMeshComponent category.

Any help would be great.
