Another Shadow issue.

Shadows only appearing the closer I get. and not all shadows are doing this. Right at the beginning you can see the beam shadows on the wall. then towards the end of the clip its the large shadow on the ground that is the bugger. I have searched and found a post by Chai where it was suggested to change the ShadowFadeResolution to 0 in the UDKEngine.ini. I tried that and that did not help.
