The thread is titled "Hot Alien Chick", but she doesn't seem that hot to me. She has long arms, little hips, broad shoulders, and a long, flat fish-like face.
I can't really judge more than the overall proportions from these images, but it seems like the non-human modifications have been done randomly, without a concise concept.
There's tons of reference out there for this sort of character: Star Wars, Mass Effect etc.
Are you working from a concept?
Are you going to texture this?
Shorten the arms. The wrists should align with the groin.
The navel and hips are too low. The navel should be about 3 head lengths down.
The knees should be wider. As should the head, but I think it needs to be rounded out. Right now, it looks like a flattened oval.
If the arms are going to be long, I would suggest you increase length of the arms more and the size of the hands to indicate that they are longer for a reason. Fins on the legs by the ankles would help sell this too. I'm assuming this an aquatic character.

Also hard to judge detail due to low res and contrast...
