Long time stalker, short time talker
I'm a fan of level design but am always getting stumped as to how I should go about making the base parts of the levels e.g. group, tunnels, walls etc..
Would love to hear people experience/ opinions on the matter, and if possible tutorials :poly142: then hopefully I can start putting stuff up.

If you go to the package "enginematerials.upk" you'll find a material called "removesurfacematerial" - you can find this package by right-clicking on a surface that has the default chequerboard material and going 'find in content browser'
If you put that on a BSP face the engine will cull it when you run the game.
