*Modeling: Environment, Characters or Acessories
*Rigging/Skinning: Requires someone who is able to Rig/Skin mostly perfectly
*Animation: Requires the skills to animate.
*Texturing: Requires the skills to create High Definition textures.
*Scripting: Requires a knowledge on how to script.
*GUI Creators: Must be able to create a GUI.
*2D Artist: Requires a good skill at drawing, texturing.
*3D Artist: Requires a good skill
Voice Actors: Requires a voice which would sound good in a game.
Composer: Requires good music composing skills.
Special Effect Artist
*those class will have a lead, which will actually be the one with the most experience and/or the one I think fit the most.
