So I looked through the user manual for a solution and a bit online and I don't see anyone having the same issue... Is there something wrong with my alpha mask? I have alpha-to-coverage checked so it shouldn't be an issue with alpha sorting?
I can't remember if it applies to alpha problems, but some rendering errors I get in Marmoset can be fixed by scaling the mesh size up or down. Think the slider's on the first tab.
