I dont really get your UV map, you're not making the most of the texture space if you texture like that. Also your normals arnt really showing in UDK. Might be beacuse of the UVmapping. Instead of mapping each brish individually try making the entire wall flat projected.
I'd seriously consider redoing your layout.
Straighten all the islands, detach all the edges that fall along smoothing group borders and then pack them again. your loosing what must be 40-50% of your texture space to bad layout. 512 or 1024 should be enough for this.
So far as the rock goes I think your putting far too much noise into the sculpt. Stone doesn't tend to look so spiky and bumpy. especially when its exposed to the elements. Erosion will smooth it out. (personally I dont do high frequency detail during sculpting, it just makes the mesh too heavy to deal with in Max, you can do it later with a bump/normal map)
The carving could also be improved. at the moment it looks too perfect and regular. If its been carved by hand and exposed to the weather, then some of it will be worn and chipped off. moss is also likely to grow in the crevices.
