Found it! It's the new Nitrous viewport. I've just test with the old Direct3D driver and it works . I think we should send a message to Autodesk about this bug.
I think its a problem when your video card doesn't meet the min spec for nitrous, you need a geforce 300 or better to properly run Nitrous, if you're under that requirement you should probably revert back to the old standard display drivers. I don't think there is anything they can do for people running under the min spec for nitrous...

Not always true, I got all kind of funky display bug and I'm running a gtx480, it's just that the tech is new and still buggy, look at the known bugs.

I think that the hotfix or the service pack will address some problems with the Nitrous viewport, such as negative scaling.
Or just change the display driver to the old Direct3D, it works well.
