You have some flaws in your survey. You always need an option of "Prefer not to say" when asking potentially sensitive questions such as household income -- there are people who will walk away from your survey rather than answer that. I have no idea what you mean when you ask what type of community I live in. The game I currently play the most is not my favorite, and I suspect that the one I've played the most of ever isn't either of those. Which one do you want? Finally (a minor point), your age categories are slightly skewed -- you'd either need to start it at 26 or cut it at 25-34 to make them even.
