Critique on Max's drawings/concepts!

Id love to get some critiques on the works ive done!
So im gonna post some random concepts ive done and just some random artwork,
so let me know what u think about them!
I am also wondering about the fact that im not sticking to a specific style when I draw.. is that good or bad? because I see many artists who have their own style and that is like.. almost just what they do, so do I need to get a style of my own or could I just go on do random styles that I want to?
