This picture probably illustrates my issue better than I could explain it.
I do have a material assigned to it that uses each uv channel, I'm using export selection only, sometimes it preserves 1 of the original channels, I don't think it has any rhyme or reason, though.

What are getting in UDK, if anything?
BTW, I gave up exporting from XSI2UDK, my fault perhaps, but too many unpredictabilities.
