This is my going to be my first attempt at a full UDK level. Seems like a big feat but I'm ready to take it on. Down below is a very simple Photoshop map of the forest layout. I am sketching up a detailed one at the moment and will be posting that shortly.

Nah,, in all seriousness, I've got nothing to say, waiting for more.
Defiantly will work on the color Oniram. Played with it a bit the other day and I'm digging the green/brown.
Here's a screen grab from within Zbrush. I'm working on some logs, giving them a chopped look on this particular one. Will look better when I have a normal map baked out and the actual object within UDK. Plus, I want to rough up the ends more like there were chopped.

Can you explain this? (Explicit normals in UDK).
I would start blocking the whole level out first, get a few types of rocks and start shaping it out.
