Anyone have any insight on character modeling methods that take dismemberment into consideration? After all, you can't have an over-the-top zombie-slaying game without zombie parts flying everywhere.
Dead Space 2 videos out there somewhere with some designers talking about how they handle it. I've spent a few minutes looking for it, and I can't find it - if I come across it again, I will definitely link.
