Hey dawgs. I'm in the process of making this mech for the old shitty folio of mine and I'd at least like to give the artist a heads up as I always do when i do stuff like this.
Do you guys know by any chance who made it? I found it of a page with a whole ton of mechs on it without any reference to the artist. Hell, maybe it's from a game. I don't know

I haven't been invited there yet. For those that don't know there's a secret subforum to polycount where all the cool artists do just nude models / cocktanks and such. Polygon fapping has never been as good!

I'm pretty sure on that mech, a nice hot-rod red would work wonders in the right places.
As for color. I'm going another direction
You silly artist, you could also create a variation. You would have two models side by side, one of the original, and another one customized with pink, blue, rocket salvos and maybe the decal of a cowgirls riding a nuclear bomb. You know, recycling assets is never a bad thing...shows creativity.
Besides, it's yearning for it anyway. The angle's already established. Just mount a rail along that sloped centerpeice, and you've got yourselves all the makings for a modular tallywacker system. Imagine the possibilities.
