I plan on finishing this, and one or 2 other pieces before I start sending out my portfolio. I'll be getting it into the udk engine pretty soon, the latest render was done in Softimage. I unfortunately didn't have enough free time to finish this piece in time for the challenge.
Working on some rocks for the cliffs by the beach. I'm pretty new to the whole sculpting thing, I like the look of the rocks, But I need to change the shapes and placement and make it tile.

Thanks, that took a while to set up, I think I got most of it working, but any idea why the transparent parts ontop of the reflections?
You can ignore the tide stuff, or not. It's always good to mimic the water going up and down.

Also I cant get xsi to export the 2nd uv channel properly with fbx
With the Mayan/Aztec theme you would have stuff like skulls on daggers on the beach and broken bridges over hills and broken down old/attacked boats on the shore etc. - I dunno, just thinking out loud
small update
Maybe add some foliage with a contrasting color from the ones you already have? Even though I like how you played with the scale on them, it'd be nice to have a lil color here and there on the background
