So im watching Virtuosic model right now while playing gears, and thought to myself, wouldnt it be cool if polycount had its own livestream. its really cool to watch people model, and if anyone could just log in and have a go, people could just..i dunno.. watch. i think it would be pretty interesting.

I started a livestream just for the hell of it a couple weeks ago. I haven't been saving the videos though.

because they allow nudity,
most of other streaming site like Ustream doesnt allow nudity art or even just sexy clothes.
I'm not sure how it works on streams besides Justin.tv but when using that i've seen popular streamers type /commercial inbetween games. One popular starcraft 2 streamer makes about $3000 a month afaik, although he gets a few thousand watchers.
I think setting it up would be as simple as having a thread with all of the links in the first post. Then people just make a post when they go live.
I think there's a lot of potential for this during competitions where people are working on their models more often and people are closely following the progress.
As for me, I set up myself over at www.livestream.com/adamsrandoms For the hell of it, I'll broadcast the next little while as I go through my UFC 129 videos/images from Saturday.
Neverdead's artist he is doing live painting demo for new title called neverdead, in that chat room including konami staff translating english to japanese
the problem was, he drew 3 never dead female character, it still using proper cloth ( well little bit sexy tho)
but his reference is 3 bald shaded ( not rendered) nude 3d image. not even have a nipple.
after 1-2 hours he got Banned
banned violating term of service. lol
again, dont use Ustream guys. especially if u doing character ....
Lame.
I thought about this too. While working on stuff at home I keep thinking that it would be neat to just let people watch me work. Granted I might not be able to flood people with knowledge like other people here can. But it would be cool to just get comments/critiques (or give) while somebody is working. If we were to do that I'd start up a livestream account and just stream everytime I'm working at the computer.
I've caught a few on here...watched virtuosic finishing up the brawl entry..it was very cool to see somebody else's technique and whatnot.
