Some nice stuff you have there bro. May I suggest more darker shadows and brighter highlights?
I used to do pixel art for a game I used to play (Tibia). Unfortunately I lost most of it, and this is the only remaining piece that I have and it got compressed a few times since. lol
The text under the skull thing is hard to read.
Also loving the fire hair on the skull, it has so much vibrance to it.
