I created the base mesh in Maya and have now imported into zbrush for detailing, i have gone for the stylized look on this character. I need some advice on how i can give this head model more of a wow and pop factor. Would it be better if i continue to detail all around the model. It just feels like its crying for me to do something wowy to it. Here is the image, please let me know on how i can improve what i already have thank you

Looks pretty solid for a stylised character to me......
lips are looking better but could still use more definition of structure and shape - try to distinguish them from the surrounding skin a little more
as for the wow factor you seek - I like this design, I think texturing could really bring it alive. Maybe you could give the hair a more engaging style - unless that neat plain style is part of the aesthetic you're going for?
corners of the lips on your model have round shape. for a smile the corners should have a sharp cut between the upper and lower lips.
yellow indicated where you need a sharp crease and blue indicated where you need to bulge out the flesh due to muscle tension.
to me it looks like your model has bad topology that doesnt allow you to have that sharp corner between the lips. can you show wireframe ?
also study someone in real life in front of you, that is the best reference you can get.
also, try working on the whole face and remove all these accessories, the glasses, cap and hair. btw, the glasses look completely flat which is wrong. they should be curved and haev a more spherical end to it.
