this is looking cool. The issue that pops out at me is the handle on top. To hold that would be a bit awkward, compared to how current chainsaws are with top grip being perpendicular to the blade.
a couple friends and i argued that yesterday. saying that a perpendicular handle would provide more power to chop things down.. but it could be used either way, depending on the purpose. for using it, the perpendicular handle would work, but imagine running with it (if it were used as a weapon or something). a perpendicular handle would be kind of awkward to hold if you are trying to run.
but anyway. another thing that you may want to take not of is the bar going from the bottom handle to that center part. you may want to move it down or get rid of it. holding that handle while separating your fingers to make room for that bar would get annoying

Update, I ended up changing the handle on top it made much more sense
and some more detailing here and there.

Small update, working on a lot at the same time these day's, detailing the weapon more. Making the parts feel in place.
