youtube fvideos quality all F'ed up

Like my videos look like this

I checked my flash player, it's up to date and I just did a restart.

Ideas?

Restart? download newest K-lite codec pack, try again, but this is all I got.

K-lite was no help
Luckily I can easily rip YT videos with my firefox ANT downloader so it's not a huge problem, just an inconvience
