I think it's great! Only to be picky, I do think there's something off about the eyes, she looks beautiful but at the same time a little drowzy. It's a very hard pose to capture but you've done well .
It's really a good modeling job.
However, I think that you ought to look at more references for eyes and mouth. Marylin had a very small upward slant at mouth corners, even when slightly frowning, as in your model. Eyes, I cannot figure it well, maybe they were larger.
Are you sure about earrings? They don't lokk like a '50 model.
Anyway, compliments.
Hey KDub! Nicely done! Fairly clean topology to your mesh, and nice subtle work on the skin texture.
As for critiques, looking at your render, I'd say her eyes + eyebrows are too far apart, the forehead is too short(or hairline is too low, take your pick) and the crease at the top of her eyelid is non-existent. Just because she's a beautiful woman doesn't mean she doesn't have creases and sharp angles.
I think a little more work, and just some more strict study of your reference and you'll be golden. (Also that hair pretty obviously needs work, but I figure you know that already)

I've gathered some reference which you may or may not already have.
A strikingly similar pose...
More of Marilyn in black & white
Sleepy Norma Jean
Another shot in a similar pose...notice the subtle asymmetry in her features!
Again...man, she loved this pose...
