Well, I can't really take all the credit, as ILM supplied us with base meshes.
There's a LOT more stuff, and I'll eventually get them lit and presented well with wire frames later.

You've done an excellent job of taking the offline assets and making them shine in real-time. I'd be keenly interested to know more details on the process, what you were handed, how much flexibility you had, etc.
Most of the cloth we received were meant for cloth sim, so we had to remodel most cloth elements.
And even then, most of the characters had scale/skin details, and fur/feathers. which we had to do ourselves.
Heh, so.... i guess the answer is ... some parts here n there could be re-topo's depending on the character? (sorry for the lame-sauce answer). But it gave a very accurate proportional representation.
