Getting alpha'd geometry showing up as grey in Marmoset??

Hmm I seem to be having a few problems with testing Marmoset.

I've been quite happily creating some alpha hair but have hit a wall..:( Basically I've got some polys which won't be alpha'd. By which I mean the transparent part of the texture just comes out grey?? All that I've done differently for this piece of the model is create some new poly geometry and merge it (using xsi) with my old geometry..

I don't get why this should be happening? The model is completely clean.

Any advice/ideas appreciated.

    Ahh, thanks dude!

    I really didn't think it was the sorting order as I'd been putting planes around without a problem.

    However, I must have just been constantly selecting that one new object first all the time when I was merging.. Just selected it last now, merged and voila!
