Ah, looks fucking bad ass! Love the folds! I have no clue about anatomy what so ever so i can't say anything about that. But to me it looks good.. Reminds me of the one and only Mashru Mishu'spolice guy a few years back.
My only crit would be that he atm doesn't really have any personalty. He's just a big fucking guy with a west, a good lucking big ass guy
Yeah, maybe it is. But as with you sniper shick, i think it's important to have a string back story to the character. Much easier to to lean to when in search of inspiration..
Wow, I can't believe term finished last Friday and you've already got this far with another character! amazing work, really like him. Any chance of seeing a close up of the hands? they look great.
Okey. First of i think hes hips looks to wide in hes as hight. Makes him almost look knock-kneed. I think you should look around at different jeans shops on zhe internets and gather good looking jeans..
pretty durn clean! almost too simple though. I feel like he needs some flare- little satchels, pouches- gun-strap-holstery things. Also think about ways you could you could use small color accents here and there to help drive some visual interest.
*also, a little alpha card with a shadow gradient that runs along the top rim of his eyes would help tone down the eyes bugging out look
Fold wise if you look at MM 'swrinkles, specifically where the compression is. He is going with the common state of a game character. That is, rarely with a character be standing legs straight with no compression in the pants. Game characters are contantly in motion so that means most of the time the arms and legs will have some bend in them.
Regarding the head of this character, there are some anatomical problems with his brow in the quarter view. Feels slightly too dimished. Also have a look at how the brow meets the cheek bone and encompasses the eye.
I would point out a couple of things though. Firstly the folds on the jeans dont seem to fall quite right over the knees and around the pockets. I think you need a few more creases in those areas. Secondly i think the face lacks a bit of colour variation. Maybe the hair and lips are too similar colour to the skin, i'm not quite sure.
What i mean is.. sculpt wrinkles like it's bending. Ie. tension in the front of the knee and compression behind the knees. Crotch wise, there should be tension there as well. Currently the jeans overall feel like they hang. Hope that makes sense.
The jeans looks like there time warped from the 80's, in a bad way. They look very dull and have no definition on the folds and stuff. Remember that used jeans will fold on the same place over and over, creating a much lighter color of both folding and wear.
Hes ass looks kinda strange to. I think it's the combo of the pockets and the 3D shape. Hes hips feels low and kinda feminine to. Not really a mans ass..
Good start on the textures over all! Don't know if it's marmoset, but the faces and the skin feel very orange. The vest and the shirt needs more definition and variation.

Looking forward for an update!
Btw, tucked in shirt is the new black..
Oh, and any chance of seeing the base mesh?
Something i found when i were doing a character with jeans some year ago . It's in Swedish but i think you get it anyways.. And you could easily find something similar by your self. THE THING IS that you can rotate it 360 degrees.. Kinda awesome to see all the folds in every direction..
Although, his jeans arse seam area looks a bit odd to me not sure why. Hopefully its just me going cross eyed.

Thank you!
This is coming along...:D

Nice work!

But you definitely should re-do his jeans geometry, at least add more folds in the knees area. Here is from the Gunslinger thread:
This is not exactly the jeans, but those folds are an awesome example. Hope it'll help.
