Bamboo pen acting weird

So I use my tablet on and off and i've only had it for maybe 4 months, experiencing no problems until yesterday when I plugged it back in...
When I put the pen down on the tablet the light turns orange to show the pen is near, but it doesn't move. The cursor moves if I just put my finger on the tablet, but the pen wont move the cursor. I haven't dropped my pen, banged it on anything.
Before I buy a new pen I was wondering If I maybe have something disable or has anyone else experienced this?

Also, check to see if you have old profiles left over. It should be in Wacom Preference launcher.
Another thing is to install and uninstall everything with the tablet plugged in and restart your PC without it plugged in.
If all fails, use CCleaner after uninstall to clean out any proxy registries.
