Time needed for admin to approve a thread?

I recently registered (2 days ago) and posted a lengthy thread in the technical section posing questions about maya/udk and modular building. It said i would need an Admin to look over it and it has been close to 3 days now with no thread.

Anyone let me know what is going on? I replied to the only person i could find (the welcome message for registering) but have not received a response.
