Music composer forums?

Hello
I'm wondering if there are any good forums that you guys might know for music composers? I'm looking for a forum like polycount but where you can post your songs etc for critique and feedback. I googled before posting and found a few but I'm not sure if they're good so I turn to you guys, perhaps you know of good forums you could recommend?
Please excuse me if this has already been brought up, I tried searching for it but I didn't find anything.

There's some forums over @ IndbaMusic.com - the site is built around either remixing famous tracks or collaborating with other members on project within the site.

They charge for premium content though - some of the remix comps like daft punk are subscriber only, and things like the BT remix (I've never heard of the guy) ask you to buy the 'premium' stems on Itunes/Amazon for 5 bucks more.

For that one I'm submitting a 10 minute fart track.

Soundonsound and kvraudio (specifically the music theory subforum and the Music Cafe) are pretty nice. I don't really know of any others.
